Blue Horizon Immigration Services Inc is a Quebec incorporated immigration company, owned and managed by Mrs. Rima El-Helou, a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant, who is an active member of:
- The College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants,
- The Registre québécois des consultants en immigration, and
- The Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants (CAPIC).

We offer a wide range of immigration services to those wishing to make Canada their new home and to those who need representation inside Canada.
